- Within Nairobi CBD: If you're located in Nairobi CBD, expect delivery in less than 20 minutes depending on your exact location.
- Nairobi Region: For customers in the greater Nairobi region, delivery typically takes between 40 to 60 minutes after dispatch.
- Outside Nairobi Region: For deliveries outside the Nairobi region, we will send your parcels via the agreed shipping method immediately. Depending on your location, it may take anywhere from 4 hours to 24 hours for delivery. We guarantee that your order will never exceed 24 hours, except in cases of unavoidable delays (e.g., weather conditions, transportation issues).
